As a psychotherapist, I believe true healing involves the whole person—mind, body, and soul. My desire is to help you discover what grounds you, strengthens you, and gives your life meaning so that healing can take root and lasting change can grow.
Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here.
If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by life's challenges, struggling in relationships, or carrying the effects of painful experiences, you don't have to navigate it alone. Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain clarity, and begin moving toward hope.
Since 2009, it has been a privilege to walk alongside children, teens, adults, couples, and families during some of life's most vulnerable seasons. Over the years, I've developed a special passion for working with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, trauma, relationship challenges, and questions of identity and purpose, while continuing to enjoy supporting parents and families as they care for the people they love most.
In 2021, I began supervising post-master's level clinicians as they completed the 3,000 hours required for licensure. Mentoring and encouraging other therapists quickly became one of the greatest joys of my career. In 2023, I founded Rooted Counseling with the vision of creating a practice where clients receive compassionate, excellent care while clinicians are supported in their own professional growth. Today, I continue to serve as Clinical Director, providing supervision, mentorship, and leadership to our incredible team of therapists.
My therapeutic approach is warm, relational, holistic, and rooted in attachment. I believe many of our struggles develop when we become disconnected—from ourselves, from healthy relationships and from our values. Together we'll work to understand the deeper patterns beneath anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or trauma so that genuine healing can occur rather than simply managing symptoms. I carry this belief in my work with children, teens, adults and families.
For some clients, faith is an important part of that journey. I have a passion for Christian counseling and enjoy helping individuals integrate faith with evidence-based therapy in a way that supports emotional, relational, and spiritual growth. At the same time, I warmly welcome clients of all backgrounds and beliefs, tailoring therapy to each person's unique values and goals.
Healing happens in the context of safe, meaningful relationships, and I would be honored to be part of that journey with you.

My Story:I approach therapy with a holistic and relational lens. Whether you’re a parent seeking support for your child or teen, an adult navigating life’s transitions, or an individual carrying the weight of unresolved trauma, my goal is to create a compassionate, safe, and reflective space just for you.
As a wife and mother of two, I understand firsthand the beauty and challenges of family life. I know how easy it is to lose yourself while caring for everyone else. Because of that, I strive to create a warm, compassionate space where you can feel understood, cared for, and encouraged as you rediscover who you are and what matters most.
I also have extensive training in trauma treatment and use EMDR to help children, teens, and adults process painful experiences in ways that promote lasting healing. My work with children often includes partnering closely with parents, as I believe lasting change happens when families heal together.
I truly believe every person has a story worth understanding and a life capable of growth and restoration. Whether your goals include healing from trauma, navigating life's transitions, supporting your child or teen, or simply finding greater peace, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
I look forward to connecting with you.
