My approach is grounded in respect, compassion, and a genuine commitment to meeting you where you are. I believe deeply in the power of empathy, understanding and holistic care. My goal is to empower families to face their challenges with resilience and hope.
Reaching out for help can feel intimidating, especially when it means opening up to someone new. My mission is to ease that fear by creating a warm, welcoming environment where you can feel safe to share what’s on your heart. I will help you explore how your life experiences shape your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions.
Working with children brings me immense joy, and I incorporate creative therapies like art, play, and sand tray techniques to help them express themselves in meaningful ways. I am especially passionate about supporting teenagers and young adults as they navigate the anxiety and uncertainty that often come with life transitions.
As a Brainspotting-trained therapist, I am also dedicated to helping individuals heal from trauma. In addition, I have a special interest in supporting pre-marital couples, newlyweds, new parents, and blended families as they build strong, healthy foundations. I also offer faith-based counseling for those who desire this to be part of therapy.

My StoryAs a single mom of two, I have personally experienced the heartache of divorce, the complexities of co-parenting, and the delicate, emotional process of blending families. These transitions can feel overwhelming and isolating—for both parents and children. I know what it’s like to feel lost in the chaos, unsure of how to move forward while trying to hold everything together.
That’s why one of my deepest passions is creating a nurturing, judgment-free space where families can find common ground and reconnect. I believe every family deserves the chance to heal, rebuild trust, and grow stronger through life’s hardest moments. Whether I’m working with a child, a teenager, or parents in transition, my goal is to provide steady support, open communication, and genuine understanding. Together, we can build bridges that connect—rather than walls that divide—and move toward a future where compassion and resilience lead the way.
My goal is to walk alongside you, offering support and empowerment throughout your healing journey. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, your teen, or your family, I am here to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can be seen, heard, and understood. I am welcoming new clients in both Folsom and Loomis- I look forward to hearing from you!
