With a holistic and strength-based approach, I consider the whole person as we work together to build resiliency and clarity. It is my goal to provide a safe, supportive environment that fosters exploration, healing, and growth.
We’re all human and need a safe place to unravel our story. For some of us, it’s an unexpected curveball that life throws at us and for others it’s allowing ourselves the space to heal past wounds that brings us to seeking therapy. Whatever you are facing, I’m glad you are here! In my work with couples, children and teens, and adults, I tailor the therapeutic process to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.
With couples, I provide a space to strengthen connection, improve communication, and break free from painful cycles that often leave both partners feeling unseen or misunderstood. I help couples work through challenges such as trust issues, parenting stress, intimacy concerns, and the lingering impact of past hurts. Whether you are in crisis or simply desiring to grow closer, therapy can provide tools to foster deeper understanding, rebuild emotional safety, and create a healthier, more fulfilling partnership.
For adults, I provide a supportive space to navigate identity, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I have a special interest in working with women, supporting them through seasons of change, postpartum challenges, the demands of balancing multiple roles, and rediscovering a sense of self.
With children, I use play, art, and sand tray therapy to create a safe and engaging environment where they can express what words often cannot capture. I believe every child communicates in their own unique way, and these approaches help them process big feelings, reduce anxiety, and build confidence. I work closely with parents to strengthen the parent–child relationship and equip families with strategies that support growth at home and school.

My StoryIf you are facing challenges in your relationship, worried about your child or family, or overwhelmed with the struggles life brings, it would be a privilege to support you. You don’t have to carry the weight of these challenges alone.
Therapy offers a space where you can breathe, reflect, and find clarity. I believe that even in the hardest seasons, healing is possible and hope can be restored. Together, we will work to uncover the strengths you already possess while also equipping you with new tools to face the future with confidence. Whether you are seeking therapy for the first time or returning, as someone that has walked their own path of self-discovery and healing, I know the courage that is required to begin the journey. It is truly an honor to walk alongside my clients as they discover their own path towards healing.
My passion for walking alongside others is rooted in my own experience of not doing it alone. I have witnessed the power of being truly seen, supported, and encouraged during difficult times, and I bring that same commitment to my work with clients. I consider it a sacred honor to hold space for people as they rediscover who they are, reconnect to what matters most, and step into a life of greater peace and joy. No matter what your story holds, you are not alone—and it would be my privilege to walk this path with you.
